WHO THIS IS FOR

Women who have lost the thread back to their own bodies.

Women in perimenopause or menopause who were handed a lot of information and very little support for what it actually feels like.

Women whose desire has gone quiet. Whose sensation has dimmed. Who move through their days feeling capable and competent and somehow still not quite present in their own skin.

And women who feel the pull toward more — more sensation, more aliveness, more pleasure than they currently have access to and know.

If any of that is true for you, you’re in the right place.

THE FOUNDATION

The pelvis is the foundation of a woman’s vitality.

Not metaphorically. Physically.

It is where sensation lives. Where desire originates. Where the body either holds tension or releases it. Where a woman is either present in herself or quietly disconnected from the most central part of her physical existence.

Most women were never taught this. Not in a way that gave them a real understanding of their own tissues, their own pelvic floor, their own capacity for health and pleasure from the inside out.

During perimenopause and menopause, this becomes critical. The changes happening in pelvic tissue, in circulation, in the pelvic floor itself, shape everything.

Sleep. Mood. Sensation. Comfort. Desire.

Health and pleasure are not separate conversations. They never were. They live in the same tissue, respond to the same care, and return together—or not at all.

This is one of the most overlooked dimensions of women’s wellness.

And it is at the center of everything I do.

Hi!  I’m Dragonfly Lee

Holistic Somatic Sexologist. Certified Sexological Bodyworker. Somatic and Women’s Wellness Yoga Teacher. Somatica® Sex & Relationship Coach. CMA in Integrative Health.

I’ve spent over 15 years in the territory most wellness spaces won’t go near.
Sensation. Desire. Pleasure. The body during hormonal transition.
The quiet loss of feeling at home in yourself—and the very real path back.
This practice is body-based and experiential. Your nervous system, your pelvic health, and your capacity for pleasure are not separate systems.
They never were.
I practice what I teach. I move, I breathe, I tend my garden, I stay genuinely curious.
I created MPause Yoga because nothing I found truly met women where they were in this transition.
Everything here was built for the same reason.

WHAT I BELIEVE

Pleasure is not a reward.

It is information. A signal that something is working, that you are present enough to feel it, that your body is alive in the way it is designed to be.

Healthy tissue and nerves are what make sensation possible.

Circulation, pelvic floor integrity, the felt sense of safety in your own body—these are not separate from pleasure. They are the conditions it requires. Tend the tissue and the body remembers how to feel.

When women lose access to pleasure, they don't just lose sensation.

They lose a way of knowing themselves.

That loss is real. It deserves to be taken seriously.

Your body is not broken.

It is asking for something specific. And there is support here for that.

WHAT’S CALLING YOU

This is where the practice lives…

Hearts & Hips

MPause Yoga for women in perimenopause and menopause. Women’s Wellness Yoga for any woman ready to feel more alive in her body. Somarotic Movement for women ready to reclaim sensuality, vitality, and desire.

Pelvic health education. Live sessions. A community of women who understand what you’re navigating and aren’t pretending otherwise.
Health and pleasure, together. Because that’s how the body actually works.
And a dedicated free space for women using The Lady Pump who want real guidance—the somatic context, the education, the support to use it well.

The Lady Pump

The Lady Pump is a non-hormonal, non-invasive tool designed to support pelvic circulation, tissue health, and sensation in women navigating hormonal change.
Restored circulation means restored sensation.
Restored sensation means the body has more capacity—for comfort, for pleasure, for feeling present in itself again.

If you’ve purchased one or are considering one, this is where you’ll find the education, guidance, and somatic understanding that make it work the way it’s designed to.
